Our normal tech support hours are between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., E.S.T., Monday through Friday. Tech support is available 24 hours at an additional charge, per incident, billable to your hosting account. A minimum of $50 per instance. Calls will be answered in the order in which they are received.
